Balbir set up P.E.C. Building & Shopfitting as a one man electrical contractor in 1977 (then known as Panesar Electrical Contractors). He has since expanded the business to its current status as a leading building and shopfitting organisation. His vast experience and involvement in the community as a past President of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce has added immense value to the company.
