Joinery Manufacturing

We offer bespoke in-house joinery manufacture from our 35,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. Our highly experienced workforce and state of the art technology ensure projects are delivered to meet and exceed client’s expectations.

We manufacture anything from a simple door and frame to a complex circular reception counter, all of which can be primed, painted, laminated or polished in house to the clients detailed specification.

Furniture manufacture can be offered on a custom built basis to your exact requirements, whether required for a large chain of hotels or a one off designer piece.

Machinery installed within the P.E.C. Building & Shopfitting joinery workshop includes:

• A beam saw with full optimisation cutting, multi cut or single cut facilities
• Full CNC facilities - two machine centres allowing horizontal and vertical drilling, routing, edge forming, shaping and more
• An edge banding machining facility allowing up to 80mm solid edging, veneering, moulding up to 50mm thick, including corner rounding
• 1380mm wide belt sander with all types of application for fine sanding hardwood, softwood and veneers
• A fully functional spray booth facility
• A full compliment of traditional machinery
