Project Brief

Relocation of our existing office base to a new state of the art headquarters. The project involved development of an existing warehouse unit, demolishing the end bay and constructing a steel framed 3-storey office block extension overlooking the M606 motorway. Relocation was due to P.E.C.’s expansion programme and its commitment to a bespoke joinery manufacturing division combined with greater storage and office space to accommodate additional staff to meet the company’s fast growth.

The complete development was project managed in-house from ground works through to final finishes. Acting as both client and main contractor, this was an extraordinary project but an interesting one. The aim was to create an ‘exciting’ and eye-catching building… and an example of our own workmanship to existing and prospective clients.
