Project Brief

P.E.C. was appointed main internal fit out contractor for the luxurious new build Aagrah Midpoint Restaurant and Banqueting Suite. The project was a complete turnkey solution to form the ground floor restaurant, bar, amenities and first floor banqueting suite. Works included M&E design and installation, plastering, ceilings, bespoke joinery manufacturing and fitting, ceramic tiling to floors and walls, kitchen fit out, full decorative finishes, external front paving/hard landscaping, general builders works and continual liaison with the client’s direct contractors.

Yet another successfully completed project with a long established client that will no doubt lead to many more!
