Project Brief

Complete refurbishment of retail and trade stores throughout the country, comprising demolition of entire existing internal areas and re-construction to new contemporary design including new floor coverings, partition walling, suspended ceilings, heating & cooling systems, electrical installations, fire alarms, emergency lighting, bespoke joinery manufacturing, fitting of kitchen displays, decoration and general remedial works to the structure.

As principle contractors our responsibilities include liaison with client's representatives, client's nominated sub-contractors, planning supervisor, architect, and existing tenants to the building.

The Magnet fit-out programmes are very stringent and can become extremely labour intensive, P.E.C. are equipped to cater for these particular needs and that is one of the many reasons why we gain repeat work from a high quality, blue chip client.
