Q-Park Case Study

Q-Park is an independent international parking company with good to strong market positions in many European countries. The company committed to a three year £10m improvement plan for its 14 central London car parks, and PEC successfully tendered for a significant share of the work including refurbishment of Q-Park’s Chinatown car park.

Project Value: £250k

Project Type: Workshop & refurbishment programme

Project Duration: 4 months

As principle contractors, we project managed refurbishment of the existing lodge area, offices, toilets, lift lobbies, staircases and amenities to a high standard of finish, in keeping with Q-Park’s unique house style. We also managed installation of air conditioning units.

The site, in the heart of the West End, was an extremely busy area and we developed good relationships working closely with the Q-Park team and the general public. Trades on-site included electricians, decorators, joiners, plumbers, general builders, with materials and bespoke furniture sourced from our manufacturing workshop in Bradford.
